About Espire
Hello, my name is Sarah Thomas and I run my retreat 'Espire' from my home which is called Bryn Tawel which translates from welsh to english as quiet hill. Bryn Tawel is a small holding which is home to me and my animals and especially my wonderful spiritual horses. There is a comfortable self catering cottage that you are welcome to stay in if you wish to make your stay longer and/or you are coming from a greater distance.
My purpose is to help you really in anyway I can, mainly by introducing you to my horses and teaching you how to communicate with them, to help you understand yourself and see yourself in a totally different light. The retreat and I help on every level; mind, body spirit and there is more for you to try if you wish to, as well as or instead of the horses. I work as a psychic, life coach and reiki healer.
